Hi! My name is Sheila Aceves. Most of my early kitchen experiments were breakfast foods, and I have never stopped learning how to cook new ones. Breakfast is particularly fascinating to me because it is so habitual. Many people eat the same thing nearly every morning, and I always want to know what that is, why they like it, and how to make it myself.
I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, a mecca for brunching out and food producers. This gives me a wealth of opportunities to try new breakfast dishes and ingredients. I look forward to sharing my investigations with you!
